Projects
Since 2008, the ASCOBANS Secretariat has been regularly able to support some research and conservation projects. Information on the projects so far supported can be accessed here.
The ASCOBANS Advisory Committee, which meets annually in March/April, considers the proposals made available to its review and selects those that are a priority for funding. Only projects with a direct benefit for the conservation objectives of the Agreement can be supported. Projects covering more than one ASCOBANS Party are favoured.
