In 2009, the Parties to ASCOBANS adopted the Conservation Plan for Harbour Porpoises in the North Sea (available here). It foresees the appointment of a coordinator and time-limited funding is available for a part-time consultant fulfilling this function. The contract will be awarded to a relevant institution or experienced individual based in a North Sea Party to ASCOBANS. Applicants are requested to make an offer specifying the total time they would commit to this contract for the fee outlined.
