Established to take forward the implementation of the Recovery Plan for the Baltic Harbour Porpoise (also called Jastarnia Plan), this expert working group met from 16-18 April 2013 in Gothenburg, Sweden, upon the kind invitation of the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management.
